Be Ready for Change led an ERP project to be implemented in eight countries and involving 6,600 employees.

Min. of Foreign Affairs

Based on SharePoint 2013, the ministry initiated the 24/7 Plaza Project. Be Ready for Change drew up the implementation plan for the roll-out to boards and embassies.

Unit4

Software implementations are becoming more efficient and shorter. Unit4 has developed many tools to optimise this process for customers. Be Ready for Change led a change project for project leaders and consultants in Sweden.

Rijk Zwaan

Many Rijk Zwaan employees regularly submit reports created with Cognos BI tools. Be Ready for Change developed several eLearning modules to support the users.

Cyclomedia

Cyclomedia has developed a camera system with which cars can take highly accurate geometric 360° pictures while driving. Be Ready for Change created tailor-made 3D instruction material for operators working with the cameras and software.

Deltares

Deltares is an international knowledge institute for applied research in the area of water and sub-soil. Be Ready for Change cooperated in various IT projects. In an ERP project, a Citrix project, in an MS Office project and in a DMS project.

SDL

As a provider of web content management systems, SDL Tridion has switched from software vendor to solutions provider. Be Ready for Change deployed interim staff to support a business transition worldwide, for employees and partners.

ROC TOP

ROCTOP is an MBO institution (senior secondary vocational education) for 5,000 students with branches in Amsterdam and Almere. Be Ready for Change helped with project management in the 'Educloud' project.

Maas International

Maas International is a provider of vending machines. Be Ready for Change provided the tools to independently develop documents and eLearning modules for its staff.
