On 19 April 2016, Be Ready for Change will present the Grontmij (part of Sweco) ERP case. The focus will be on the change strategy and the training strategy as implemented during the introduction of a new ERP system in 8 countries and on how the application of the 70:20:10 model can be applied in actual practice for every software implementation.
